2nd day in Edessa

And here it is, our second day in this wonderful project. It was the day when we started to play games outside. First, we started with the Romanian group that showed us how to play 4 games: "The blind old lady", "1,2,3 at the wall", "Country, country, we want prisoners", "Ducks and hunters". Then the Italian group followed, showing some other wonderful games like, for example, "The colours" and "The handchierchief".We enjoyed playing very much and we will take these games with us and play them in our countries.

Afterwards we prepared for the NGO Bazaar and every country had to speak in front of the others about the sending organizations. We also attended a presentation about a Greek organization. We found out more about schools in Edessa and about preserving the environment.

The most interesting and demanding part of the day was the "Mission Possible" quest. We were divided into 5 teams of 6-7 people and we had to search the city in order to complete some tasks that were given previously. As for example: taking a photo with us hugging a tree, asking 10 young people about how they see their future in Greece, taking a funny photo on a bridge, learning new sentences in Greek, taking pictures of local animals, etc.

Then the evening came and with it the intercultural night. Slovakia, Hungary, Italy and Bulgaria presented some information about their history, landscape, most important cities, traditional food and beverages. The presentations were done with humour and creativity and everyone was energised and full of joy. The day ended with all of us dancing and having a great time together.
